helpful staff early breakfast family feeling
the staff was always helpful, assisting with a transfer when i was stranded. they prepared an early breakfast just for me before my excursion. the service.
the air conditioning could be a little cooler for my taste, but this is just my personal preference.

my room was clean, quiet, and pleasant, a haven, as i requested it had two single beds. the room also was cleaned daily and towels were replaced, it was perfect.

the pool water was very clean, great, like the hammam and massage. these can be booked at the riad, the ladies were super professional and left me so relaxed, a real tender experience.

the receptionist was helpful. the room matched the online photos.
The staff was not amiable. Only a young woman was. they charged more for a boarding pass photocopy compared to other places, double the price.

the location offered proximity to the market i found it was a five minute walk GREAT staff i appreciated the help of imane. she spoke english french arabic and some spanish.
i waited five to ten minutes before someone opened the door initially the taxi driver called them to announce my arrival and i had booked in advance. the shower was moldy and the water did not drain properly.
